Lender Network

To match you with a loan, we share application information with verified direct lenders in our network. These lenders use your information solely to underwrite your specific loan and are contractually bound to the same privacy standards as Lion Loans.

Service Providers

We share data with third-party vendors who help operate our services: bank data aggregators, KYC providers, payment processors, cloud hosting, customer support tools, and analytics. All vendors are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we authorize.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law — including subpoenas, court orders, regulatory inquiries, or to protect our rights, the rights of users, or to prevent harm or fraud.

Business Transfers

If Lion Loans is acquired or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. Successor companies are bound to honor the privacy commitments in this policy.

• We do not share your data with marketers, advertisers, or data brokers outside the loan-matching process you initiated.
• We do not share your Social Security Number except with credit bureaus and lenders for the loan you applied for, or as legally required.
• We do not use your bank account access for anything beyond income verification — we cannot move money, see other accounts, or change passwords.
• We do not target ads to you based on your financial information.

• Anonymized analytics: may be retained indefinitely with no personally identifying connections.

Lion Loans services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have additional rights including the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold; the right to delete personal information; the right to correct inaccurate information; and the right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah

Residents of these states have similar rights under their respective state privacy laws (VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA).

Nevada

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of certain covered information (though we do not sell personal information).
